Installation Precautions
  • Ensure adequate ventilation space inside the cabinet: Maintain a ventilation gap of at least 20 mm above and below the module to prevent heat buildup and derating due to high temperatures
  • A fuse must be installed at the front end of the 24 VDC input; a 16 A industrial DC fuse is recommended
  • Installation of the unit without a protective enclosure is strictly prohibited in open-air, dusty, or corrosive gas environments; it must be housed in a sealed control cabinet
  • When configuring parallel redundancy with new and old modules, use only the same model (3BSE000863R1); mixing with other power supply models is prohibited
